For residents outside the EU Once your products reach their country of destination, the local (national) VAT has to be cleared and paid before the goods can continue on to their ultimate destination. The process is very straight forward – all you have to do is pay the local VAT and duty when contacted by the shipping company. Once the goods has been done the goods will be release and the shipping company will call you to agree a delivery date.

Charles Eames provides a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all of its products. While we always try to replace defective products, we reserve the right to settle any complaint cases by refunding the product’s purchase price.
